Welcome to the dexterfan.com blog.  I’m hoping this will be your site of choice for information about the Showtime series Dexter.  Please join the conversation by commenting on any of the posts.

Dexter is a Showtime original television series starring Michael C. Hall as serial killer Dexter Morgan, who works as a forensics analyst (specializing in bloodstain pattern analysis) for the Miami-Dade Police Department.

The first season of the Showtime series is based on the novel Darkly Dreaming Dexter by Jeff Lindsay. There’s a second Dexter novel, Dearly Devoted Dexter. The third book in the series, Dexter in the Dark: A Novel, will be released on September 18, 2007.
